See Cigarettes above - the same rules apply- no smoking or vaping. > Pets NO - I need to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for future guests who are immune-comprised. > Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am. The house is being equipped with NoiseAware which texts you and me if noise levels exceed considerate levels during quiet hours. > Max number of overnight guests allowed is 8 + two children under eight years of age. > Family celebrations and gatherings: the maximum number of people that are allowed between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. is no more than twice the maximum number of paid overnight guests. > The maximum number of parked vehicles on-site allowed is 2, plus one non-exclusive parked vehicle on the street where available. > Trash management (trash must be kept in closed containers and not allowed to accumulate). Trash pickup day is early Tuesday curbside. > Use of ANY fireworks or any illegal behavior is explicitly prohibited. Profane, obscene, loud, or boisterous language or unseemly behavior and conduct are absolutely prohibited at any time.
